timto – ‘there is more to birthdays’ – is a free revolutionary online children’s birthday present service. The first of its kind in the world, the service allows children to buy presents from their ‘ultimate’ wish list, while simultaneously fundraising for their chosen charity. timto’s ambition is to raise over £1million for charity and good causes.

How a ‘timto’ birthday works?

The unique children’s birthday service allows party parents to set up a free online birthday account. This provides guests with an alternative of contributing to a collective fund rather than giving small individual gifts.

The birthday family create a present wish-list from the extensive ‘timto shop’ and choose a charity of their choice. The family determines what proportion of the total funds collected will be donated to that charity.

timto are already working with charities such as NSPCC, Help for Heroes, World Wild Fund for Nature (WWF), Well Child, Tenovus, Royal Marsden Children’s Hospital, Ty Hafan, The Joshua Foundation, Naomi House to name just a few.

The timto shop contains great value online items and high street gift vouchers in association with Amazon.co.uk, The Entertainer Toy Shop, Early Learning Centre and Mothercare. Timto also provides once in a life time kids experience days via Red Letter Days.

In addition to providing a safe and secure environment, timto offers other free services such as downloadable party invitations, a RSVP service and the option to display party details (e.g. map of the venue). Contributing guests receive a ‘thank you’ certificate that they can give at the party.

timto adheres to all the protocols that protect personal information, birthday funds and bank card details and is an official member of the Fundraising Standards Board (FRSB).
