Health, Wealth and Happiness

Planning is well under way for this years Annual Conference and AGM, with the dates and venue now finalised.

2010's Annual Conference and AGM will be 24th - 26th September at the Burleigh Court Conference Centre, Loughborough, LE11 3TD with the theme being Health, Wealth and Happiness

To register to attend the conference please fill in both a registration and payment form found below and send to The Brittle Bone Society, Grant-Paterson House, 30 Guthrie Street, Dundee, DD1 5BS or via email to jill@brittlebone.org. Total delegate rate per adult per day is £40 however the Brittle Bone Society will fund part of each persons registration fee bringing the cost per adult per day down to £25.

By Road

Satellite Navigation - Please use the postcode LE11 3GR or type 'Holywell Way, Loughborough' into your satellite navigation system (NB: Postcodes for Burleigh Court may not take you to your required destination!)

Burleigh Court - Leave junction 23 of the M1, taking the A512 Ashby Road to Loughborough. At the first roundabout, turn right into Holywell Way (signposted for Burleigh Court). Turn left at the next roundabout and enter Loughborough University Campus using the West Entrance. Take the first right after the gatehouse into Burleigh Court Car Park.

By Train

Loughborough mainline station is located only 3 miles away. Burleigh Court is located on the Loughborough Univeristy Campus. A ten minute taxi ride from the station, or 30 minutes using the University Shuttle bus service. The shuttle bus service is operated by Kinchbus, with the service running every 10 minutes during term time and 20 minutes out of term time. The bus route timetable can be found at www.kinchbus.co.uk

Loughborough mainline station is NOT fully accessible.

East Midlands Parkway station, located 11 miles (20 mintue taxi ride) from Burleigh Court is fully accessible.

By Air

Burleigh Court, located on Loughborough University Campus, is just 8 miles from East Midlands Airport and is convenient for Birmingham International Airport via the M42.
