Jack Binstead - 2012 Paralympics

Just a little update on Jack as he has been training really hard recently and is really eager to do well in next Sundays Mini Marathon. He has had a little set back in the form of a stress fracture to his rib but is hopefully going to do his best on Sunday and beat his time of 19 mins last year for the 3 mile course. If anyone wants to come and cheer Jack on then you have to get to Westminster pretty early on sunday i.e 9am but if not watch the show live on BBC 1 from 8.30am and hopefully you may get to see them start the race..
