TRUSTEE ELECTIONS 2011
To confirm that as of deadline (Friday 2nd Sept 2011) – 14 days prior to AGM and Conference 2011, we confirm there were 3 applications received at the offices of the Brittle Bone Society for consideration to serve on the Trustee Board of our UK Charity.
There is currently one vacancy for position of Vice Chairman and one for that of Trustee.
One application for position of Vice Chairman has been received.
Two Trustee Nomination forms have been received. As stated in our Constitution should nominations exceed vacancies, elections shall be by ballot.

Proxy Votes
A ballot will take place during the AGM on Saturday 17th September 2011 - only fully paid up members will be eligible to vote. If you are not attending this year’s AGM (and you are a fully paid up member) and still wish to place a vote then you can vote by proxy. To do this you must personally phone BBS Headquarters on 01382 204446 by Wednesday 14th September 2011 to state who you wish to cast a vote on your behalf. At the AGM the person whom you have authorised to vote on any election shall be given a ballot paper to complete on your behalf.
