I first became involved with the Brittle Bone Society in 1999. I have been a Trustee since 2010.
I am a partner in Jones Day, a global law firm which provides pro bono legal advice to the BBS and makes available facilities for the holding of meetings and other events.
In my time as a trustee, and formerly in my role as secretary, I have provided legal and strategic advice on a variety of matters. I have assisted with discrete tasks such as a revision of the BBS membership structure, the Pilotlight project, and, most recently, the incorporation of the charity. I have represented the Society at numerous outside events and assisted with fundraising.
