Rare Disease Day

Rare Disease Day is a key date in the rare disease community’s calendar, being celebrated every year on the 28th of February (or the 29th every leap year). Rare Disease Day is a global movement working towards equity in social opportunity, healthcare, and access to diagnosis and therapies for people living with a rare disease. As part of our campaigning, we ask you to write to your elected representative to seek your support and assistance to back the Brittle Bone Society’s (BBS) campaign to raise awareness of Rare Disease Day.

We’ve created a Template Letter that you can use as a basis for your own letter or email. Taking the time to personalise the letter will help to get the message across. You can do this by downloading the Word Document Template Letter here.
